The history of Le Cœur des Vignes guesthouse in the Médoc
Pascale worked for 7 years in Pauillac at Baron Philippe de Rothschild, which allowed her to discover and appreciate the Médoc region. She later moved to Kourou, in French Guiana, where she began cooking by creating her table d’hôtes, Pause Canopée. Upon returning to France, Pascale and her husband naturally chose to settle once again in the Médoc. Alex has since stopped his professional activity to assist Pascale. Thanks to him, the garden is such a pleasant place!
Pascale and Alex take great pride in warmly welcoming their guests and putting themselves at their service so that everyone feels at home. Pascale offers healthy and gourmet meals, highlighting regional products and Médoc wines. Some classified growths may be served by the glass.
